ABOUT EPOXY
How durable is the epoxy coating?
An epoxy floor finish is a coating that once applied to your floor will make it a shiny (or mat finish if you want) and durable surface that will look incredible. It is stain proof and resistant to virtually all chemicals, waterproof, resistant to heat, and strong enough to handle heavy vehicle traffic. It’s ideal for your garage at home or the floor of your industrial space. It’s also great for outdoor patio areas because it’s so easy to clean. With regular cleaning and maintenance, your new epoxy floor will last for decades.
How to take care of your new epoxy floors?
To properly maintain your epoxy floor and keep it looking shiny and new, simply add some dish soap to a bucket of hot water and give the surface a good mopping. You can even spray the floor down with a hose and squeegee off the water if you want. It’s simple and easy and once a month should be enough to maintain its lustrous shine. Using chemical cleaners like bleach or ammonium is unnecessary and not really recommended.
